Past Events

2025 Alumni Reunion Weekend

The celebration included the Athletics Booster Club Golf Tournament, the All-School Carnival on the Quad, Girls’ Volleyball Homecoming Games, a Ping Pong Showdown, and the Founders’ Day Celebration, followed by a light breakfast and reception.

We honored Judy Von Ahlefeldt, affectionately known as "Mrs. Von," as the 2025 Founders’ Day honoree! Judy was a dedicated Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ science teacher from 1971 to 1979, and she has since made significant contributions to our community, including the publication of the "Black Forest News" weekly newsletter and her insightful book, Thunder, Sun and Snow: A History of Colorado's Black Forest. Her unwavering passion for education, conservation, and the art of storytelling, particularly in the wake of personal loss during the Black Forest fire, serves as a beacon of inspiration for everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ is the only high school in the country to offer this incredible experience. Nine iron pours have been conducted at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ since 1994. It's now offered every three years, with the last one in 2024. Thank you to all who participated or helped with this incredible event!
